JPKP College has always been an advocator of traditional culture, and it encourages its students to engage in cultural activities. These activities range from partaking in the Indian folk dance form called Kolatam to traditional Haridas Keertanalu recitals. The college believes that the practice of such art forms is essential for the promotion of India's rich and diverse culture. JPKP also encourages its students to practice musical instruments like Chekkabajana,kolatam, as well as recite Annamacharya Keertanalu,tyagaraya krutulu and perform Bharatanatya,kuchipudi, katak , bangra along with westren dance. Regular trainings are conducted for these creative and art forms so that the students get ample opportunity to hone their skills. Such cultural activities help foster creative learning among the students and makes them more aware about their cultural roots.
